AeroBlend®-ABSMB is an ABS-based masterbatch incorporating approximately 30% reduced graphene oxide (rGO), developed for film, 3D printing, and injection molding applications. This R&D-stage material is engineered to provide enhanced mechanical strength, thermal conductivity, and dielectric properties, supporting high-performance solutions in advanced polymer systems.

The formulation ensures uniform rGO dispersion within the ABS matrix, resulting in consistent quality and processing behavior. Preliminary results show significant improvements in tensile strength and modulus, making it suitable for applications that demand increased durability and dimensional stability.
